Jon Siffing is the Founder of Dayton Management Group (DMG) and a seasoned operations executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across supply chain, fulfillment, inventory optimization, transportation, and complex operating environments.
Throughout his career, Jon has built a reputation as a turnaround leader who brings clarity, discipline, and accountability to organizations facing cost pressure, service challenges, and execution gaps. He has led transformational initiatives serving millions of customers while helping organizations generate more than $500 million in cost savings over the past decade.
Jon founded DMG after recognizing a growing challenge across the industry: technology and operational complexity were increasing rapidly, while the business value and return on many investments were becoming less clear. As a career operator, he saw the need for a different approach—one grounded in facts, practical experience, disciplined execution, and measurable results rather than adding more systems, complexity, or consulting layers.
His leadership philosophy centers on understanding what is actually happening inside an operation, identifying the issues that matter most, and aligning leadership teams and frontline operators around clear priorities. Through a transparent, data-driven approach, Jon works to establish trust quickly, strengthen accountability, stabilize operations, unlock efficiency, and accelerate execution.
