Transportation is one of the largest and most controllable operational expenses within an organization. DMG offers a complimentary Transportation Management Consultation to help identify opportunities to reduce freight costs, improve carrier performance, strengthen network efficiency, and enhance service reliability. Our experienced consultants provide practical insights and actionable strategies designed to improve transportation execution and drive measurable business results.
Cancellation Policy
Dayton Management Group (DMG) provides a complimentary initial one-hour consultation for new clients to discuss business challenges, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and determine how our expertise can support your organization’s goals. To make the most of this time, we recommend preparing an agenda and identifying the specific topics you would like to address. A well-structured discussion helps us provide practical guidance, answer questions effectively, and deliver the greatest value during your consultation. Consulting Fees Any consultation, meeting, assessment, or advisory service extending beyond the initial complimentary one-hour consultation will be billed at a rate of $250 per hour. Billing Increments All consulting services are billed in 15-minute increments after the complimentary consultation period has concluded. Examples: • 15 minutes = $62.50 • 30 minutes = $125.00 • 45 minutes = $187.50 • 60 minutes = $250.00 Appointment Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled through DMG’s online booking system or directly with a DMG representative. Appointment confirmations will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients are requested to provide at least eight (12) hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. This allows DMG to effectively manage scheduling availability and accommodate other clients. Any appointment that is missed, abandoned, or cancelled with less than eight (8) hours’ notice will be considered fulfillment of the complimentary one-hour consultation and will not be eligible for rescheduling as a free session. Payment Terms Consulting fees are invoiced following the completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All invoices are due net 15 days from date of service. Agreement By scheduling an appointment with Dayton Management Group, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Online Booking & Appointment Policy. By booking this appointment, I acknowledge that the initial consultation is complimentary for up to one (1) hour and that any additional consulting time will be billed at $250 per hour in 15-minute increments.
